Overview

CV World & Job Radar helps users create resumes, import resume files, generate cover letters, receive job alerts, and manage subscription access. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, user ID, referral code, account status, login dates, and subscription entitlement details.
• Resume and profile content: CV fields such as name, job title, email, phone number, address, social links, skills, education, experience, languages, hobbies, profile photo selected by the user, uploaded resume text, job descriptions, and cover-letter prompts.
• Device and region information: device identifiers, device model information, app version, country or approximate region inferred from IP address or device settings, push notification token or subscription ID, and similar technical identifiers.
• Purchases: product ID, purchase ID, receipt or purchase token, plan type, purchase status, platform, and expiration information. Payment card details are processed by Apple, Google, or the relevant store provider and are not stored by us.
• Usage, ads, and diagnostics: app opens, feature usage, product interaction, advertising identifiers or ad interaction data when permitted, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic information.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage user accounts, resumes, templates, referrals, purchases, and subscriptions.
• To provide AI-assisted resume parsing, CV writing, cover-letter generation, and job description analysis.
• To save user progress, sync limits, prevent abuse, verify purchases, and maintain app security.
• To send job alerts, service messages, and push notifications where users allow notifications.
• To provide advertising, measure ad performance, analyze app usage, and improve reliability.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate the app, including Firebase services, Google Mobile Ads, OneSignal, Apple in-app purchase services, Google Play billing, and AI processing services. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

AI Processing

When users choose AI features, prompts, resume text, job descriptions, and related CV content may be sent to our backend and AI service providers to generate the requested output. Users should avoid submitting information they do not want processed by these services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run the app, verify purchases, deliver notifications, provide analytics, serve ads, process AI requests, comply with legal obligations, or protect the app and users from misuse.

Data Retention

We retain account, entitlement, purchase, and usage data for as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal or store requirements, prevent fraud, and support users. Resume drafts may also be stored locally on the user's device. Users may request account deletion by contacting support.

User Choices

• Users can edit or delete resume draft content inside the app.
• Users can disable push notifications in device settings.
• Users can manage ad tracking permission in iOS settings.
• Users can request account deletion or privacy help by contacting us.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
